Beyond Your Mind

YOGA & MOBILITY

Dynamic, physically and energising practice to sculpt, improve and tone every muscle. Sessions are characterised by exercises under resistance, isometric positions and sequences linked to the breath, posture and movement control in combination with mental focus to develop resilience, strength, flexibility and relaxation.
Mobility leans into a deep stretch of the body’s connective tissues and joints to reacquire progressive movement capabilities, speed up recovery and regain range of motion.

STRENGTH & COORDINATION

A 45-minute full-body workout designed to sculpt arms, strengthen legs and glutes, and define your core.
Using just your bodyweight and resistance bands, you’ll build strength, prevent injury, and stay consistent.
Coordination drills restore balance, improve movement patterns, and boost full-muscle engagement.
With tempo changes, EMOMs, and AMRAPs, each session blends high-intensity and strength training to enhance endurance, balance, and control.

COMPOUND TRAINING

Train like an athlete with this fast-paced journey, focusing on speed, agility, strength and stamina. A mix of plyometric, multidimensional, sport-based exercises that will develop your stability, endurance and fitness. Build a strong and resilient body focusing on form, control and mindset.
Compound Training is a new well-being concept developed to combine multiple muscle groups in an easy and fun way, compounding exercises using Tempo, EMOM, AMRAP, Running and Active Mobility.
This program aims for peak performance and long-term results, longevity and wellbeing for your body, mind and soul.

Running Lab

RUNNING

Running is part of wellbeing and lifestyle focused on physical and mental health. The Running Lab follows a monthly schedule and is ideal for beginners and those aiming to build endurance, improve their form, or rediscover the joy of running in a supportive environment. 
Our approach is designed to suit real-world conditions, helping participants navigate various terrains and weather while prioritising injury prevention.

We believe that an essential part of wellbeing is cultivating habits that provide energy and connect our mind and body to overcome hard times or daunting challenges.
Sessions are online and in-person and currently take place in Chelsea, London.

Individual Coaching aims to take you to the next level for the long game, addressing nutrition, fitness goals, healthy habits, cardiovascular training, endurance, mobility, recovery, and mindfulness.
These sessions are tailored for those who want to regain confidence, move better, live longer, reach their full potential and perform at the very best of their capabilities in life and competitions.
We combine disciplines such as calisthenics and spartan, endurance, strength, conditioning, running, swimming, plyometric drills, coordination, self-defence, yoga and flexibility.
We will change your body, wellbeing and health, but most importantly, we will prime your habits, confidence and mindset, challenging yourself and breaking your limitations.
