Plans and Packs combine practices to eliminate body disequilibrium and inconsistency, establish strength and body conditioning, and run effortlessly with correct form to develop endurance and challenge any ultra-endurance race.

Beyond Your Mind

STRENGTH & MOBILITY

A 45-minute full-body workout designed to guarantee strength, prevent injury, build confidence and be consistent.
Mobility leans into a deep stretch of the body’s connective tissues and joints to reacquire progressive movement capabilities, speed up recovery and regain the range of motion required for the longest run. 
Tempo changes, EMOMs, and AMRAPs blend high-intensity strength training to enhance endurance, control and balance.

COORDINATION & BALANCE

Coordination drills to restore balance and movement patterns.
Dynamic, physical and energising practice to activate full-muscle engagement, focusing on the stabiliser muscles.
Sessions focus on drills under resistance, isometric positions and sequences linked to the breath, posture and movement control in combination with mental focus to develop resilience and flexibility.

COMPOUND TRAINING

A fast-paced format that combines multiple muscle groups to develop stability, endurance and athleticism.
Compound Training is consistently integrated by elite athletes focusing on speed, agility, strength and stamina.
It is a mix of plyometric, multidimensional, sport-based exercises to reach peak performance, long-term results and wellbeing.

Running Lab

RUNNING

Running is a well-known practice that enhances discipline, freedom, and athleticism, strengthening body and mind.
The Running Lab provide a structure for beginners to experienced ultrarunners who want to build endurance, improve their form, pb or compete in a race.
Our approach is designed to suit real-world conditions, helping participants navigate various terrains and weather while prioritising injury prevention.

We believe that an essential part of wellbeing is cultivating habits that provide energy and connect us to nature to overcome hard times and challenges.
In-person sessions currently take place in London.

Individual Coaching

Coaching

Individual Coaching aims to take you to the next level for the long game, addressing nutrition, fitness goals, healthy habits, cardiovascular training, endurance, mobility, recovery, and mindfulness.
These sessions are tailored for those who want to regain confidence, move better, live longer, reach their full potential and perform at the very best of their capabilities in life and competitions.
We combine disciplines such as calisthenics and spartan, endurance, strength and conditioning, running, swimming, plyometric drills, coordination, self-defence, yoga and mobility.
We will change your body, wellbeing and health, but most importantly, we will prime your habits, confidence and mindset, challenging yourself and breaking your limitations.
