I spent two decades of experience structuring a new approach to longevity and wellbeing, orienting fitness, mindset and endurance holistically, and helping athletes transform their fitness and redefine their limits.

My journey taught me that success in endurance sports isn’t just about running—it’s about building a strong, balanced, and resilient body. That’s why I developed new and comprehensive plans that combine strength training, yoga, mobility, coordination, and running to help everyone achieve peak performance while preventing injuries.
